Located where the Upper West Side meets Morningside Heights meets South Harlem, and a five minute walk to Central Park West, stay in real NY neighborhood, but around the corner from bus or subway which takes you to Lincoln Center, Time Warner Center, Rock Center, midtown, the Village and more. It's in a brownstone building, up one flight, with an interesting and varied mix of people from all over the world, mostly younger professionals, actors and actresses.
Clean, uncluttered and including unltd USA phone and internet Mac computer. Laundry machines in basement. Close to cafes, food stores, library, post office, free pool in Central Park, two playgrounds, bus to LaGuardia airport Metro North RR and more.
Full sized bed in BR, sofabed in LR. Windows in every room, including bathroom. Real bedroom with door that closes. bedroom and living room area seaparated by a hallway. Completely renovated two years ago. A/C in all rooms.
Availibility: July 8 - 16, July 28th on.
$110 per night/ $700 per week for up to two people in the room. For additional people, add $25 pp per night.
There is also a $200 refundable security deposit and a $65 exit cleaning fee. ($75 for groups of 3 or 4). 3 night minimum, please. Also available monthly for $2100 plus utilities. Please check the website for availibility.
