I'm moving out of my NYT apt (39 between 1 and 2) at the end of July and am looking for someone to move in.
(Lease ends in Jan 2010, but you can just renew it under your name)

You can move in anytime between Aug 1 and mid Sep.

It's a converted 2 bedroom with 1 bath, and you will be using the HUGE converted bedroom with pressurized wall.
It's a really big room on a high floor facing north, with an AMAZING view of the east river.

I am willing to sell some or all of the furniture for dirt cheap.
Two Ikea malm dressers, cyril secretary desk, two chairs, bedside table, livingroom couch etc.

Your roommate will be a 26 yr old female professional working in finance.
She's easy going, clean and super chill. Smoker. (only in her room)

Her requirements for the new roommate:
Someone who's clean.
Pref someone between 25-35
Pref someone with a full time job with stable income.
If you are not working full time, just let me know and explain how you plan on paying rent.

New York Towers is a great building to live in, TONS of young people, great building staff.
Elevator luxury highrise with 24hr doorman.
Laundry in basement, and bike room.

D'ag, Gristedes, yoga studio, NYSC, dry cleaners are all within a 5min walking distance.
