Stay in one of the safest and most desirable neighborhoods of Manhattan and best location in the Upper East Side near central park, upscale Park Avenue and all the shopping and museums a stroll away.
At 84th St between Lexington and Park, this first floor brownstone apartment is located in the heart of Manhattan's pristine Upper East Side, and is complete with new furnishings, queen bed and a full queen sized sleeper sofa. Included also are clean sheets, blankets, as well as towels for up to 4 adults. The location is on a great tree lined quiet street and a few blocks away from Central Park, The Metropolitan Museum, the Whitney Museum of American Art, Guggenheim, Museum Mile and Madison Avenue boutiques. The Closest Subway station is located only two blocks away at 86th Street, and is also only a few subway stops from Rockefeller Center, Theater district, Times Square and much more. A major bus artery is located here as well, giving you the opportunity to travel to any destination within New York City such as SOHO, East village, Broadway, Lincoln center and Columbus circle.
This brownstone is conveniently located near all types of great restaurants, shops, city landmarks and various forms of transportation. It is a terrific cost efficient alternative to neighboring hotels (avoid taxes and surcharges), and one that allows you to live like a local in the heart of a residential, popular and convenient neighborhood in Manhattan. The studio is about 600 sq. ft. with a generous lay-out and new furniture purchased just a few weeks ago - brand new mattress for the bed and new sleeper sofa. The sheets, towels are in mint condition as well and I keep the fridge stocked with beverages for a comfortable stay. Open to special requests to make your stay a memorable one.
