Every owner renting out a second home wants to devise quick and easy ways in finding good renters. Not every owner is a full-time landlord. Some are into the balancing act of handling a marriage, a family, a career, and this business of leasing out another home. You don't want to waste too much time and energy sourcing out and screening applicants without a basis for choosing the best possible one.
