Biltmore Plaza- Luxury Doorman Building Murray Hill Murray Hill 2700 1bd

My wife and I just bought an apartment and are moving at the end of August (date is somewhat flexible) and our lease expires Oct. 31. We are looking for someone to take over our lease for two months or take over our lease, which you have the option of renewing after it expires.

We are offering to rent out our apartment at $2700 a month. Currently we are paying $3345 as we signed into the apartment at the height of the rental market. The rents are definitely negotiable with the building and that if you were interested in renewing after October 31, they would offer the apartment to you around $2800. Our apartment was renovated right before we moved in and is in good condition. Some of the other apartments in this building are not renovated and thus are being offered for less.

If you are interested, the lease would be assigned to you until October 31. There is a $300 lease assignment fee and $50 for a credit check per person.

*Great views of the Empire State Building
*Already wired for cable tv and wireless internet
*Master BR is 17 x 11
*Move-in date as soon as Aug 31 or potentially earlier
*Can be converted into a 2-bedroom if needed
