NEAR CENTRAL PARK AND ALL TRAINS
14X20 Rooom for rent, furnished with a queen sized bed high floor of an attended building. Apt. has 2 bathrooms, another bedroom, living room, terrace, hall, kitchen with dishwasher etc.
I'm a middle aged active guy. Basically quiet at home. I have a friendly medium sized dog.
Another stable hard working or studying male tenant preferred.
