The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, large closet, 5ft decorative mirror, new berber and tree top view from balcony complete with chase lounge and reading table. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet, 2 great windows with view of front garden, private courtyard and garage, great natural light with 2 full bathrooms upstairs. washer and dryer downstairs next to 3rd bathroom/ half bath. Fully equipped home gym and Dojo, 100lb punching bag, free weights, cables, benchs,smith machine-the works! sleeps 8-10 additional with air mattress. all linens included, fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) and all parties are responsible for leaving home in the same condition as upon arrival. credit check and references and deposit req. $675wk +$100 cleaning fee.
