I am looking for a studio sublet from March 1 -March 31 on the UWS (70´s/80´s preferred).
Professional, responsible, clean, quiet, nonsmoker, female. Prefer unfurnished, but will consider
furnished apartments as well. Please no carpet. Dates are flexible. References available.
Have been living in NYC for about seven years. My building has recently been sold, so I need only
something for a few months. Thanks.
