A Home in the Big Apple!
We're looking for the right person—someone who is looking for a nice sanctuary from the busy life in NYC—to share our great apartment! Room is available now. The apartment vibe is relaxed and friendly. Everyone chips in to keep the apartment clean and fully stocked with toilet paper and other household items, taking out garbage, recycling, etc.
The room
The room is furnished with a bed, its own closet and wireless internet. Rent includes all utilities included (electricity, water & cable/internet).
Great location
Short walking distance from Central Park, steps from the subway (B and C trains).
The housemates
Share the apartment with two friendly females (we both have professional full-time careers) and a cat in a very respectful, considerate and easygoing atmosphere.
The apt
The apartment has high ceilings and windows, a fully stocked large kitchen and decent-sized bathroom.
One month security deposit required.
