FEB E60s Luxury Doorman Very Near Central Park Subway - HUGE Room Upper East Side 1300

Looking for occupancy ASAP.
Long or Short Term: Although I will accept a short-term roommate (less than a year) - I'm looking for at least 3 months time - going at least through the end of April.
Early Cancellation is permitted on longer terms.
All terms will be confirmed in writing so that there won't be any "surprises" later on.
(Agreement is between us. You will not be committing to a lease with associated liabilities/responsibilities).

This is a great deal.
This is a Luxury High-Rise Building with FULL-TIME Doorman (24-hr) located in the very best area of Manhattan.
[A doorman building is the safest and most convenient way to live in NYC - There is no access for "The Uninvited", Deliveries can be received when you're not home, etc]

IDEAL LOCATION: VERY close to Central Park - Actual ENTRANCE is about 3 blocks away.
TRANSPORTATION: Is EASY: Apt is a VERY SHORT walk to the Subway (2 Blocks), uptown and downtown buses are just around the corner,
and crosstown bus is 1.5 blocks away.
This location is also a quick walk to most midtown areas.

The "East 60's" is the absolute BEST area you can find in Manhattan for SAFETY and CONVENIENCE - Anyone who knows New York will confirm this.
Because of its availability of stores, restaurants, facilities, general conveniences - and SAFE ENVIRONMENT.
(If you visit this neighborhood - and others - LATE at night. You'll see a big difference!).
And, this building is located on one of the MOST convenient and safest blocks in THIS area. (You can go grocery/sundry shopping in the middle of the night - SAFELY).
There's several 24-hour stores within 1-2 blocks. Post Office, Recreational Facilities and more also within 2 blocks.
Streets are very well-lit, there's lots of Restaurants nearby, and lots of doorman buildings.
The area is "clean" and attractive - with lots of trees along this block & in area.

Room available is a VERY LARGE MASTER BEDROOM - 18'x13' - It's like your own Studio Apartment.
Wall-to-wall windows - with lots of light and a very nice view. It's very private - hidden at the end of a right-angle hallway.
And, if you like it WARM - you will love it here. Apt faces south and gets lots of heat.
I am in a separate bedroom and there are NO OTHER ROOMMATES.

Room is VERY QUIET - especially in the evenings and overnight - People sleep well here! (Mattress is great - High-end from Bloomingdale's).
This is a very Residential Area, and Apartment is not on an Avenue (Generally very noisy), but on a side-street, so noise from the street is minimal.
Interior sound doesn't travel - Walls are real Plaster, not plasterboard - so bedroom is virtually soundproof.

APARTMENT AND ROOM ARE COMPLETELY FURNISHED (including your own linens, dishes, etc, in your own cabinets in Kitchen and Bathroom).
Room furnishings include Captain's Bed (w. drawers), Armchair-Rocker, Mini-Fridge, Large Dresser, 2 Chests of Drawers: 1 Large-1 Small, Dining Table & Chairs,
Bookshelves, TV, Cable Box, DVD/VCR Player, and 2 Closets (a 4' wide built-in Closet and a Tall Wardrobe Closet).
Room still is not crowded. It has LOTS of open space.

TV's with Cable Boxes + Hi-Speed Internet (WiFi & Cable) are in both Bedrooms and in Living Room.
Laundry in Building. Laundry Services by housekeeper also available.

This is a CLEAN, NON-TOXIC apartment: There are NO CREEPY CRAWLIES here -
so no obnoxious, toxic insecticides are EVER used. (Unusual for New York!)

PETS: I am looking for an animal lover, as several cats live here too - Well-behaved, Clean - No Odor - and virtually No Shedding!

ME: I'm not an early riser - Ideal for someone who has a more normal work schedule - Apt. would be totally yours during a.m. prep time.
My lifestyle is low-key, and I am easy to get along with. I'm basically a very friendly person - but - I tend to keep to myself as I'm usually busy working on projects.
Most important to me is that my home is comfortable and stress-free. So, I try to accommodate my roommate's needs as best I can.
This is a home. If either one of us is not comfortable in some way - then NEITHER of us is happy.
I've had numerous roommates, mostly corporate types, but also blue-collar and students. All age ranges.
I believe everyone has been comfortable and happy here. I still keep in touch with many.
