The apartment is located on Orchard St between Stanton and Rivington Streets in the heart of the bouhemian LES. Fantastics cafes, coffee shops, art galleries and tattoo shops all around. See a band while your here - there are a lot of places in the neighborhood for great music like Mercury Lounge, Rockwood Music Hall, Pianos, Arlene's Grocery, as well as others that are nearby. The nightlife is fantastic and the cuisine choices are extremely diverse - choose from Middle Eastern, French, Italian, Japanese, Tibetan, authentic Jewish, American - and all are very affordable! Whole Foods as well as many delis and supermarkets are just a couple of blocks away so if you don't feel like eating out you can cook.
The apartment itself is really charming. It gets a lot of sunlight and is very quiet. It is tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. Equipped with everything you need including fresh linens and lot's of towels!
