I am trying to rent my 1 bedroom condo on 37th street and 1st avenue.The apt is 720 sq ft, furnished but can be unfurnished as well...renovated with poggenpohl kitchen, bosch dishwasher, liebherr refrigerator, has marble bath. Rent includes premium cable, heat, gas, gym. Amenities include pool, gym, steam, sauna, laundry, roof deck, valet, concierge etc...
