Large, nice bathroom. WE HAVE THE BEST VIEWS POSSIBLE!! Huge roof deck (priceless, out of a postcard). Your own keys. 3 bedroom SHARE with 1 easy going guy in 30's.

Stay in a good environment. You won't feel uncomfortable, I guarantee it. Guests have a good time. If you don't know Manhattan, don't be fooled, Midtown is the worst. This part of town is really happening,hip,young and fun. Not overpriced, eat, drink, party for cheap! Inexpensive, great restaurants, no cover charges at most places. Live music, lounges, sports bars, clubs,hookah bars, galleries, everything! You name it, it's close! If you are a younger person (or not), this area is where it's at! Feels like you're out of the city because there are no high rise buildings near by. You're going to love this area!

"A New Yorker myself, I was really excited to be staying in the Lower East Side. It's a great area (lots of restaurants and bars) - very easy to get around the city - Soho is close by (great for shopping!). Plus the accommodations were great. Very large room, new building... Alan is a gracious host. And being the only single woman in the apt., made me feel very comfortable."
