Looking for 1BR apt in Central Midtown

We're looking for a 1 BR apartment in the 'Central Midtown' area.
My brother and I currently live on the W 56th St, and our current lease expires at the end of Feb, 2010.
Our range is ~ $2700, give or take a hundred bucks or so.
Apartments with good move-in incentives will be preferred.
Furnished / semi-furnished apartments will be preferred.
Further, apartments in the area between 9th ave, 6th ave, 57 St and 42 st will be preferred.
We are looking for no-fee rentals only.
