Hi -
I recently got a job in Chelsea, and I'd like to move out of NJ and into a 1BR apt in Manhattan. I'm looking for something preferably on a lower floor, with a washer/dryer in the unit (or at least in the building). I can afford $1000/month. I plan to move February 13th at the latest, although it could be as early as January 1st. I'd also like something near the 1, C, or E train.
I've been looking in Hamilton Heights, but I'm open to anywhere that's a decent area.
