The apartment is on 4th St. near Avenue of the Americas. The bedroom is very quiet, has a window, great views and gets good light. The room has a double bed, dresser and desk but you could bring your own furniture if you have any. There is a big closet with shelves and a rack for hanging clothes. The bedroom for rent is for one person only and this is the room the person will have for herself. One person occupies the other bedroom. The apartment is clean, air-conditioned, has excellent heat and hot water. There are three washers and three dryers in the basement of the building. It's very close to the 6th Ave. and 4th St. subway for the B and D train, also close to the 1, 2, 3, A, B and C trains. It’s also not that far to Washington Square Park. The room for rent is about 150 square feet. The common area includes a large kitchen and living room which are about 800 sq. ft. total in size. The bathroom is larger than most in the city. The other bedroom is about 175 sq. ft. in size. Cable wireless Internet. Elevator building. Please note that this room is for a female. No one other than a female will be considered.
