Landlord Forms - Review Them Before You Sign This Legal Agreement

(My Original Blog Post: http://ping.fm/fM3Ji)
It is important to review landlord forms before you sign this contract. With regard to landlord tenant forms, there are sections stating the rights and obligations of tenants as well as the rights and obligations of landlords, and both parties need to have mutual benefit in the rental/lease transaction. Remember, the landlord is in business to make a profit, and the tenant is needing adequate housing maybe because of employment, family needs, budgetary constraints, poor credit keeping tenant out of the purchasing market, or because of temporary project in the area for which a dwelling is necessary.
