Hey,
I will be attending NYU this coming January and am looking for a place close by. I am very easy going, sociable, friendly, clean and very respectful. I am hoping to find a room (not too small) with a bathroom but i am definitely ok sharing a bathroom with one other person. Rent price is negotiable depending on the living situation. This will be my first time living in New York so i am very excited to explore the city!
