Immediate Sublet wanted for a couple starting from December 1.
The duration can be anywhere from a month to 3 months. (preferably the latter)
I am a Photographer (www.frizzycube.com) by trade, my gf is a hairstylist who's coming from France to help me out and we both need a place to stay.
We're respectable and friendly.
We are looking for:
- Manhattan or Near by area we can take a train to the city.
- Furnished with Queen sized bed.
- $600 - $700 month rent
- Internet Wifi would be great.
