Santa Monica Beach Cottage for Manhattan pad Lower East Side 1bd

(My Original Blog Post: http://ping.fm/bxlzz)
Check out this site I put up with details for my place: http://ping.fm/fEv7H (I am also putting it up for rent as you will see on the site, but i would prefer to find a swap)
My place is a very cute little house in a very ideal area. It's available Dec 21st to Feb 3rd. I am looking for a place in Manhattan during the dates of Jan 2 - Jan 12 and Jan 20 to Jan 3rd. Prefer Lower East Side / Village but am open to suggestions.

If you have a spot for me for all those dates, great. If you can only accommodate some of the dates, please contact me, we should be able to work something out, totally open to offers and suggestions.

The goods:

2 Blocks from Beach, bike path, volleyball, basketball

Walk / Bike (under a mile) to:
- Venice Beach, Abbott Kinney Blvd
- Santa Monica Pier (currently hosting Cirque du Sole: Kooza)
- 3rd Street Promenade
- Downtown Santa Monica (currently hosting outdoor holiday ice skating rink)

Totally cool to bring a dog (just mind the furniture) I do have an outdoor cat (well, he has me). He never comes in but I feed him in the mornings outside. Would be great if you could fill his bowl but no big deal if you have allergies or whatever, the neighbors will be happy to feed him and he'll hang in their yards, easy for me to arrange.

Thanks!!!
