Large room with closet for rent on Seaman Ave. in clean apartment with nice layout. The apartment is
technically a one bedroom but it works comfortably as a two bedroom because the living room is separate
with its own door.

Other occupant of apartment is myself, a quiet, culturally/politically aware, professional straight male.
