The Bedroom is one of two rooms on the lower floor. There is one bedroom & common area upstairs.
The Bedroom also comes furnished with a TwinBed with Captains Drawers, desk, chair, lamp, nightstand. Or you can use your own furnishings.
We share a kitchen (w/ Dishwasher), common area TV & couch sitting area, a full sized bathroom.
The apt is clean and quiet. It is located in the back of the building. (Away from Street Noise)
Roommates are working professionals and an intern. All are friendly & pretty easy going.
The apt is close to Central Park, 1 block from EV6, right off Park Ave, and less than 1 block from the Citigroup Building.
The environment is smoke free, drug free, and no partying.
