Hello! Looking for a share in a 3-bedroom apartment with two fantastic roommates? This is the place for you! Located in the East Village near Tompkins Square Park, this apartment building is perfect for someone who loves to live in a quiet, clean space (no critters!!) & super considerate, non-smoking female roomies in their mid-20s.

The lease lasts until June 30, and you would officially sign onto the lease at the time you move in. In order to obtain landlord approval, you must have proof of income or a guarantor. Rent is $1000/month plus utilities (electric, internet). ***In order to move in you will need to pay a $1000 security deposit & last month’s rent $1000 (total required to move in = $2000). Depending on your move-in date, we can work out the pro-rated rent for the month of February. Please note that you can move in as soon as possible once your future roommates & the extremely kind landlords have approved your application!)

The bedroom has a bed, bookshelf, and nightstand, all of which I am willing to part with for little/no cost, or I can remove these if you do not need them. All three items are only a few months old and in great, clean condition.

I am sad to leave, as this is a truly great place, however I must leave NYC for personal reasons. You would be lucky to have this amazing apartment!
