THIS APT IS awesome!
it is a 6th floor walk up, 5 flights of stairs
tons of sunlight! "winged" 2br means entrance opens up to kitchen and 2 equal sized bedrooms, not much living room space
apt is gut renovated with stainless steel appliances in kitchen, full bathroom and hardwood floors
equal sized bedrooms have windows and closet
great location!
