We're a young, professional, fun, cute young married couple moving back to New York after a brief hiatus and are looking for a place to sublease until August or September. We'll be moving back in March and can move in anytime after March first or can wait until April first.
We're quiet, very clean, respectful, and if I can say so myself, great tenants. We've got furniture of our own but can come without it if your place is furnished.
We have a small super-cute dog named Bella who's very friendly, doesn't bark and is about 23 lbs. (We can send photos if you want to see).
We're looking primarily in Park Slope or the Lower East Side, but we don't limit our search to those areas, so if you've got something elsewhere, contact us!
