Hello there! I am looking to sublet my room in a 2BR/1BA convertible in a luxury high rise in midtown!
Information about the APT:
• Location: The building is on 48th Street between 8th ave. and Broadway -- Here is the building's website: http://www.ritzny.com/
• Great location, close to everything and all subway lines
• Apt is on the 9th floor
• Balcony overlooking park
• We are a corner unit and the only neighbor you will have is the roommate but generally, the building is quiet…I never hear upstairs or downstairs neighbors
• Amenities in the building:
◦ Gym in the building (with pilates, yoga, bootcamp, ab classes offered for free) w/Free bagels, coffee, tea from 7-9am, Monday-Friday
◦ Rooftop access
◦ White gloved Doormen
◦ Very safe building and people are very friendly
• No mice/rat/roach/bedbug problems
• Cable & Internet: about $31
• Utilities: about $30 (varies depending on season but as of late, this is the approximate)
• Rent: $1400
• Lease ends June 30, 2009
• FURNISHED: with full size bed, Ikea chest of drawers and Armoire. The apartment/common space is also furnished with a nice sectional couch and a giant 52" TV w/dvd/vhs player.
• Security Deposit: I paid the $1400 already so when we do the paperwork with the management company, your name will replace my name on the lease and you would write a $1400 check to me for the security deposit and you would get the $1400 at the end of the lease in June 09. Management said the security deposit would go to you since your name will be on the lease.
• Move in on Monday, February 1st (or Sunday Jan 31st if necessary)
LOOKING FOR: Responsible, respectful, nice, professional (stable job), trustworthy and clean individual who does not smoke, do drugs or have any other illegal habits. Also prefer someone in their mid-20s/early 30s.
You’d be living with a 28 year old professional female, friendly, outgoing, responsible, reliable, clean, and organized individual. She usually leaves for work by 8am and comes home around 6-8pm.
