Hi,

I am looking for a spacious 1 Bedroom apartment with the following requirements:

1. No credit check or very loose credit check, willing to pay more upfront.
2. Spacious bedroom that can accommodate a King-size bed
3. Elevator
4. Doorman preferred but not necessary
5. Within 2 avenues of Lex so I can jump right on subway.
6. Wooden floors, no carpeting
7. Midtown East, Grammercy or Upper East Side. No other locations.
