Hi, my name is Sam,im a french man who sublet a bedroom in his appartement on Manhattan lower east side near the subway station DELANCEY on the F train.
The bedroom is big,quiet,sunny and fuly furnish wit a king size bed and big closet.
The appartement contain also one large living room wit an independant kitchen and one bathroom.
There is no extra charge,the water,the gaz,internet and electricity are included in the price of the rent.
The place will be free at the beginning of January.
Im laid back,very easy living so if u got ur friends or family who need a place to sleep when they are in nyc,they can stay at the appartement.
