Room needed by Feb 1st - anywhere in Manhattan Murray Hill 1100

Hi,

I am a 23 year old female from Arizona looking for a room to rent/sublease in Manhattan (prefer East Village and Murray Hill) starting Feb. 1st for at least 4 months. I would prefer to live with people my age (22-27), clean, social, respectful, females/males (gender doesn't matter). I am looking for either short or long term lease (need to stay for at least 4 months though) and if possible would also like to buy bedroom furniture off of the old tenant. Also, I would like to pay no more than $1100 a month and would consider convenience a huge factor.

I am very respectful, clean, fun and easy to get along/live with. I have never had any problems paying rent/utilities on time. Please email me if you have a room available and I can tell you more about myself!
