Negotiable space, furnishings, and rent!
I BR apt to share. Great location on the UWS! Riverside and 76th St., 4 blocks to metro, bus stop outside door. Negotiable on rent...$600/month for small space in shared bedroom, large enough for single/twin size bed and small bureau. "Dorm-style" All utilities included, wi-fi also.
Or...can convert livingroom into bedroom for
$800/ month for small area for twin size bed and partitioned off, or...
$1000/ month to have the entire living room to yourself. Would be almost private space, only crossing paths to enter/exit, etc.
I am a college student, so spend most of my time studying.
Will require references, proof of employment, etc.
Available immediately until June 1
