Hello,
I need an unfurnished studio apartment for immediate (within 2 weeks.....before January 30th) occupancy. I'm a consultant who is working as a Finance project manager at a reputable Firm. My hours are long so I need a quiet, clean, reliable place to call home. I'm relocating from Philadelphia. I have tax returns supporting my income, great credit, and a letter of employment. I also have earnings in arrears, but no pay stub because my billing is on a 6 week lag. I have more than enough cash to cover the 1st month and security, and have great references.
Vicinity:
14 - 34th street (3rd avenue to 5th Avenue)-5th, Madison, Park, Lex, 3rd
The closer to 24th and Park Ave. the more ideal the situation.
