Hello,
I am a 29 year old Indian professional male looking for a roommate to live in the Union Sq to Soho area. I am an avid fan of the JivaMukti yoga studio and would like the potential roommate to be familiar with the place.
Requirements for the roommate are:
(1) Willing to spend $1500-2200 for a nice 2 bedroom
(2) Young professional
(3) Clean
(4) Working references and good credit
(5) No pets
(6) Not a lot of furniture because I have lots of furniture for the common area
(7) Looking to move in Feb 2010
