A bit about me:
I moved here about 2 years ago from Los Angeles to work as a QA Manager at a Videogame Development studio in Midtown. I'm 27, and I would consider myself very clean, laid back, responsible and considerate. I've been renting for over 8 years, and never had a late payment. I can reference previous landlords if necessary, and I do not plan on breaking the streak anytime soon!
I posted a pic of my dog mohki. She's 35lbs, 12 years old, very quiet, house trained, and extremely sweet.
